Dmitriy Neudachin has extensive experience in strategic planning, public administration reform, and the development of financial markets. Prior to his current role, he held various positions at the Agency for Strategic Reforms under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, where he developed key strategic documents, coordinated major projects, and led public administration reforms in collaboration with international partners.

Before joining the Agency, Dmitriy served as the Head of Strategic Planning at the Republican Stock Exchange “Toshkent,” where he focused on developing a growth strategy, optimizing processes, and strengthening international cooperation.

Dmitriy holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Seoul National University and a Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Commercial Law from Westminster University. He is certified in Financial Modeling (FMVA) and Project Management (PMP). Dmitriy has working proficiency in Uzbek, Russian, English, and French.
